About the Role

Responsibilities
  • IDentify major employers for urban placement opportunities for Anudip students
  • Line up students according to companies' requirements and associate with pre-placement profiling
  • Visit companies' directors and HR heads for manpower requirement and placement tie-up
  • Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedure and placed students
  • Generate revenues for the organization by placing students
  • Maintain documents related to pre-placement and post placement
  • Maintain students' database
  • Brief students about opening details after getting requirements from clients
  • Conduct job market studies
  • Regular coordination with respective managers and trainers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institute
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; patience and perseverance
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities
