About the Job

The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving brand awareness and user growth through influencer collaborations. This includes identifying, engaging, and managing influencers across social platforms to create impactful campaigns.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-video content ecosystems, as well as data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing campaign performance metrics.

As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, build relationships with influencers and agencies, and contribute to the growth of our community.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Influencer Identification and Onboarding: Identify and onboard influencers across various social platforms to collaborate on campaigns.
  2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute influencer campaigns to promote our brand and offerings, ensuring successful partnerships and maximum ROI.
  3. Negotiation and Relationship Building: Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers/creators, maintaining strong relationships for long-term collaborations.
  4. Trendspotting and Campaign Optimization: Monitor social trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators to optimize future partnerships and ensure campaign success.

  • Existing network of influencers or agency contacts.
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools/platforms.
  • Creative flair for social-first campaigns and viral content ideas.
Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 Years of Experience: 0–1 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
  2. Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-video content ecosystems.
  3. Skillset: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  4. Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines, with a data-driven mindset and comfort in analyzing campaign performance metrics.
