Influencer Marketing Specialist

About us:
We're seeking a skilled influencer marketing professional to join our team.
This role involves supporting the operations team in delivering exceptional influencer proposals to clients and assisting with sourcing top influencers across various industries and channels.
Key responsibilities include creating compelling influencer proposals, researching and identifying key influencers, and collaborating with the strategy team to create longlists of ideal influencers.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying key influencers and bloggers in designated verticals and social platforms;
- Liaising with influencers for new partnerships and projects;
- Participating in brainstorm sessions as an influencer expert;
- Matching brands with influencers based on client briefs;
- Expanding our database with new influencers and nurturing existing relationships;
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in influencer marketing or a related field;
- Passion for influencer marketing and strong knowledge of social networks;
- Excellent research skills and ability to think creatively;
- A structured approach to work with competencies in planning and organisation;
- Social media literacy and understanding of current trends;
