Brand Customer Support Executive Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Brand Customer Support Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, brands, and users on our app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
  • Guide influencers and brands through the onboarding process and app navigation.
  • Maintain a professional tone while handling escalations and complaints.
  • Collect feedback from users and report recurring issues to improve the app experience.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure seamless user journeys.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a calm approach.
  • Comfortable interacting with influencers, brands, and app users.
  • Knowledge of English is essential; Hindi and Telugu are beneficial.
