Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location: Various Locations

As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with influencers who can help drive our brand forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Influencer Identification: Utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to identify influencers who align with our target audience and campaign objectives.
  • Proactive Outreach and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication via email, phone, or social media.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favourable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations.
  • Content Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the influencer outreach team and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators throughout the duration of influencer campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports detailing the performance and impact of influencer campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership of work.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools.
