Job Title: Commercial Space Management Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Space Management Specialist, playing a critical role in supporting all property acquisition activities across India.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of new lease transactions, including renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of existing warehouse space.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Negotiation: Work with local management teams to define requirements, negotiate lease agreements, and conduct on-site surveys.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire process from initial proposal to final agreement, ensuring compliance with business and legal terms.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and manage costs associated with lease transactions, providing recommendations for cost-effective storage and operation space.
Key Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with significant exposure to industrial, commercial, and retail real estate asset classes. Key qualifications include:

  • Transaction Management: Proven ability to close agreements, conduct due diligences, and negotiate commercial terms.
