Job Title:

A 3D Visualizer in Commercial Interior Design

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled 3D artist to create high-quality models and renderings for commercial spaces. If you have expertise in creating detailed 3D visualizations, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements and design concepts.
  • Create photo-realistic renderings of commercial interior spaces.
  • Develop textures and materials that enhance the realism of 3D visualizations.
  • Revised and refine 3D models and renderings based on feedback from design teams and clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and AI-driven technologies in 3D visualization and commercial interior design.
  • Manage multiple projects at once and ensure timely delivery of high-quality visualizations.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Commercial Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a 3D artist in the commercial interior design sector.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Strong visual and spatial design skills, excellent attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
