3D Visual Artist Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced architectural 3D visualizer to support our Architectural Design team in creating stunning 3D renderings for projects primarily based in North America.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with architects and senior 3D visualizers to create high-quality 3D renderings using REVIT/CAD models in suitable rendering tools like 3Ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, Unreal Engine, or equivalent.
- Apply suitable lighting, material, and ambiance settings to create visually pleasing views.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphics design, architectural visualization, animation from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 5 years (up to 8 years) of work experience in the architectural/creative industry.
- Previous experience in rendering commercial and institutional facilities is desirable.
- Mandatory skills include proficiency in 3Ds Max, Photoshop, V-ray, and working knowledge of tools such as Lumion, Enscape, Unreal Engine, AfterEffects, REVIT, AutoCAD, AI-based rendering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Professional Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with architectural 3D models in CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup is necessary.
- Suitable soft skills include creativity, ability to visualize/imagine in 3D space, good sense of colors, 3D modeling, and strong teamwork skills.
