Commercial Space Sales and Interior Design Project Acquisition

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Sales Head. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their knowledge of commercial real estate sales and interior design project acquisition to drive business growth.

This position involves developing and executing strategies to acquire and convert commercial space projects through our network of brokers, direct client engagement, and high-value deal negotiation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle independently, from prospecting to contract closure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial space sales or interior design project acquisition, with a strong broker network in Mumbai and Pune. They will also possess excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills, as well as strong communication and presentation abilities.

  • Leverage our active broker network in Mumbai and Pune to source high-potential commercial space project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial interior designers, developers, landlords, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular on-site meetings, pitch tailored design solutions, and lead negotiations from inquiry to contract closure.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle independently-prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Track commercial real estate trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

The successful candidate will be self-driven with high ownership and ability to work without constant supervision. Experience in commercial real estate or B2B interior design sales is desirable, as well as entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to close large-scale, high-value deals.
