Job Title: Property Operations Director

Job Description

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our residential operations team. As a Property Operations Director, you will oversee daily operations and management of a portfolio of properties.

You will develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service level agreements. Lead and manage a team of property staff including maintenance personnel, security, and other service providers.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards. Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams for preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Manage tenant resident relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and management of a portfolio of 15-18 residential properties.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Lead and manage a team of property staff including maintenance personnel, security, and other service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Property Manager specifically in residential buildings.
  • Commercial experience considered as secondary qualification.
  • Strong technical understanding of building systems, electrical infrastructure, and mechanical equipment.

Additionally, the ideal candidate must have the ability to review and understand technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance protocols.
