Job Description:

A Senior Engineering Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing engineering operations across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality engineering, with a proven track record of driving energy conservation initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and implement engineering policies and procedures to drive consistency across all properties.
  • Lead capital expenditure projects, including renovations and new builds, to improve guest satisfaction and reduce operational costs.
  • Establish benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) for property-level engineering teams to measure performance and drive improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Senior Engineering Director, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
