Location: Santacruz, MumbaiCompensation: up to ₹36,000 CTC per monthJob Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Property Manager to oversee multiple properties and lead our property management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or co-working, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in operations management. Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of single or multiple properties. Lead and manage a team of support staff.

Ensure high standards of customer service and resident satisfaction. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Manage budgets, financial reports, and property expenses.

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property improvements. Foster a sense of community through events and activities. Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high occupancy rates. Monitor and report on property performance and occupancy levels. Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in property management, preferably in the hospitality or co-working industry.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Experience in handling operations and managing big scale properties.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in property management softwares and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Mumbai locals preferred due to the location of the properties.
