Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily property operations, coordinating with tenants and owners, handling property maintenance and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations, processing rent payments, managing budgets, and addressing tenant inquiries and complaints. The role involves close collaboration with the team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high occupancy rates.

Qualifications

  • Property management, facility management, and real estate operations skills
  • Budget management, financial planning, and rent collection experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with property management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
