Role Overview

We are seeking a
Property Acquisition Manager (Goa)

who embodies the essence of luxury brand-building. This role goes beyond acquisition — it is about
discovering hidden gems

, nurturing relationships with esteemed homeowners, and ensuring every property added to our portfolio reflects SOAL' promise of exclusivity and excellence.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic foresight, refined negotiation skills, and a deep appreciation for luxury living to curate Goa's most prestigious homes into the SOAL collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate with Care:

Identify and evaluate villas, estates, and boutique properties that align with SOAL' brand ethos of exclusivity, design, and guest experience.
- Relationship Leadership:

Build trusted, long-term partnerships with HNIs, developers, and homeowners, serving as a brand ambassador who understands and elevates their vision.
- Tailored Partnerships:

Design acquisition and partnership models that balance homeowner aspirations with SOAL' hospitality standards.
- Storytelling & Brand Alignment:

Ensure every property added carries a unique narrative that resonates with our discerning guests.
- Market Presence:

Position SOAL as the partner of choice in Goa by maintaining visibility and credibility among the luxury homeowner community.
- Seamless Integration:

Collaborate with design, legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding while preserving the property's individuality.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:

2-5 years in luxury real estate, hospitality, private client management, or lifestyle brands.

  • Connections:

Strong network with villa owners, developers, and HNIs in Goa.

  • Sophistication:

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with high-profile stakeholders.

  • Judgment:

Keen eye for design, aesthetics, and properties that reflect refined living.

  • Mindset:

Relationship-first approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for building a legacy portfolio.

  • Education:

MBA or equivalent; background in hospitality, real estate, or luxury management preferred.
