Healthcare AI Expert

We are seeking a talented Healthcare AI Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic group that powers cutting-edge Life Sciences and Specialty Healthcare providers with highly customized, privacy-first AI solutions. You will work on developing innovative AI pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and tooling that shape the entire engineering team's approach.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and refine multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines to drive healthcare solutions.
  • Develop unique evaluation frameworks and tooling that set the engineering team's standard for excellence.
  • Collaborate daily with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers to solve complex problems and improve outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced Python skills and expertise in at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
  • Proven track record of rapidly deploying robust, production-grade AI solutions that make an impact.
  • High agency, rapid iteration capability, and ownership of outcomes are essential.

 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or agent orchestration.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and constraints (training provided).

 

Success in Six Months:

  • Launch production-grade, multi-agent AI solutions directly impacting healthcare providers globally.
  • Establish reusable technical assets that become integral to our operational frameworks.
  • Deliver clear improvements in model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
