Lead Innovator in AI Strategy

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence strategy and drive innovation across personalized matchmaking, fraud prevention, and customer engagement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the AI roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models.
  • Champion the integration of AI and LLM's to enhance developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall CX/RX.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Build and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI innovations with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that impact business KPIs.
