Lead AI/ML Strategist

This senior role involves overseeing the design, deployment and maintenance of cutting-edge Generative AI systems across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in deploying AI solutions at scale with expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive AI/ML strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Architect and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions to address complex business problems
  • Oversight of scalable ML pipelines and MLOps implementation
  • Technical leadership and guidance on deployment strategies and governance for AI models

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, transformers, VLMs)
  • Strong knowledge of model fine-tuning, transfer learning and RAG pipelines
  • Expertise in deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 use cases and Agentic AI frameworks
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning, edge AI and federated learning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mentorship and growth of data scientists, ML engineers and research teams
  • Collaboration with executive leadership, product managers and domain experts
