Job Description

Embark on a challenging role as a senior AI/ML engineer, driving innovation and efficiency in the development of cutting-edge solutions. Your expertise in Langchain, NLP, RAG based systems, Prompt Engineering, Agentic Systems, and cloud platforms will be invaluable assets to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI driven solutions using advanced frameworks and technologies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize Langchain(agents, chains, memories, parsers, document loaders),Gen AI and NLP models for specific use cases.
  • Quickly experiment different machine learning models for specific use case.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly propose feasible solutions and effectively communicate strategy and risk mitigation approaches to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Overall Experience: 4-6 years of experience in software development, particularly AI/ML-based projects

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch, scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and conversational AI technologies.
  • Experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications at scale.
  • Strong understanding of ML pipelines, feature engineering, and MLOps.
  • Experience in LLM + RAG and building agentic framework.
