Job Description

The role of Senior AI Engineer is critical in driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies across our organization. You will support the development, deployment, and governance of AI solutions to drive business value.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative AI use cases, develop AI applications, models, and prototypes, and ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Execution: Assist in implementing the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives and establishing governance frameworks and compliance policies.
  • AI Solution Delivery: Contribute to identifying and evaluating innovative AI use cases, participate in the development of AI applications, models, and prototypes, and collaborate on functional and process design, scenario mapping, testing, and support planning.
  • Security and Risk Management: Implement and monitor security controls for AI models and data, ensuring AI solutions comply with organizational security standards and policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions. A Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field is required. Professional certifications in AI or Data Science are advantageous.

Preferred skills include technical expertise in AI/GenAI technologies, including ML, NLP, and generative models, as well as experience with Azure Cloud services, MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, Cosmos DB, and LLMs like GPT, Llama, Claude, T5, BERT, etc.

Awareness of AI governance principles and risk mitigation strategies is essential. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges are required. Passion for continuous learning and innovation in AI technologies is a must.
