Financial Operations Manager Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Financial Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day financial management, ensuring efficient cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations, including cash flow forecasting, investment planning, and risk assessment.
  • Monitor and manage the company's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and budgeting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investment partners.
  • Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with company policy.
  • Track and report on financial performance, bank balances, and investment results.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Financial Operations / Investment Management.
  • Experience working in Banks, Financial Institutions, or Investment Companies is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
