Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing day-to-day financial operations.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, prepare and submit various reports, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain proper books of accounts, including posting of accounting entries, petty cash entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare workings and file GST/TDS returns, as well as sales invoices and other financial documents.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivables, ensuring timely payments and reconciliation.
  • Handle employee reimbursements, manage travel and hotel bookings, and maintain office supplies and pantry items.
  • Ensure office utilities are functioning properly and payments are made on time.
  • Renew AMC contracts and perform servicing as needed.
  • Maintain expense bills, vendor invoices, and other documents in both physical and digital form.
  • Assist the auditor in completing statutory and transfer pricing audits.
  • Perform any other accounting or administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in accounting or commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
