Phaco Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Phaco Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating demand for assigned equipment in their allocated region.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Demand Generation:
      • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and ensure they have a deep understanding of our procedures and products.
      • Arrange and conduct product training sessions to enhance customer knowledge.
    • Sales Performance:
      • Meet sales targets by coordinating effective sales projects.
    • Marketing Support:
      • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and services.
      • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to highlight how our products meet customer needs.
    • Team Collaboration:
      • Work closely with other members of the sales team and technical experts to achieve common goals.
    • Training and Development:
      • Provide training to other team members and create relevant support materials.
    • Professional Conduct:
      • Maintain a professional image at all times and adhere to organizational standards.
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge and best practices.
      • Promote the organization's values and culture.
