Job Description:

As a Condition Monitoring Engineer, you will provide engineer-level support on condition monitoring of rotating equipment.

You will utilize online and offline data acquisition techniques to analyze and provide necessary recommendations on maintenance needs to avoid major breakdowns of the equipment.

Your responsibilities will include reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters.

You will also monitor, track, and analyze condition-based data to identify developing faults and defects.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Carry out detailed analysis of condition-based data and monitor and analyze condition monitoring, vibration oil analysis, wear particle, thermography, etc.
  • Identify inherent conditions leading to rotating equipment failure through various operational machine condition monitoring parameters.
  • Prepare corrective actions recommendation on observed fault, defect initial damage report to Maintenance, follow up and closing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Accredited Vibration Analysis training Cat I.
  • Knowledge of condition monitoring data systems like CSI Emerson SKF and GE System1 SmartSignal, various oil analysis techniques, wear particles, thermography, etc.
