About this Opportunity:

  • As a senior analytics professional, you will lead the automation charter for our hotels supply ecosystem.

This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes, streamline reporting processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Driving strategic initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Leading the rollout of analytical tools across the supply organization, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
  • Designing and managing dashboards to track key results areas (KRAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply team.
  • Delivering actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automating manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leveraging tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth in room nights and gross merchandise value (GMV).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
