We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

This position involves remote work with occasional business travel. You will play a vital role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and configuring solutions accordingly.
  • Configuring RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
  • Supporting Solution Architects in designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Supporting the validation and testing of the solution and capturing user feedback.
  • Supporting data management and data integration-related activities.

Required qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or a related field.
  • An academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, or a related field with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory, while certification above this level is desirable.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support the expected functionalities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred skills include:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed approach.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP (or similar ones) are an asset.
