Advanced Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle ASCP, Production Scheduling, and related manufacturing modules like Inventory, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Configure, and Deploy
    • Design, configure, and deploy Oracle ASCP applications within the Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) environment.
  • Business Requirements Gathering, Training, Problem Solving, Documentation, Optimization, and Client Engagement

Planning and Process Management:

  • Understanding and implementing planning processes.
  • Modelling the supply chain.
  • Plan creation and management.
  • Constraint planning.
  • What-if analysis.
  • Exception handling.

Functional Areas and System Configuration:

  • Demand planning.
  • Supply planning.
  • Capacity planning.
  • Inventory management.
  • Distribution planning.
  • System configuration.
  • Integration and data management.

Production Scheduling:

  • Manage and optimize production schedules, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and efficient operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ASCP, Production Scheduling, and related manufacturing modules.
  • Experience with design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle ASCP applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
