Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

Job Role

The role is hands-on and client-facing, focusing on gathering specific business requirements, running workshops, designing integrated supply chain solutions, and configuring Oracle Cloud SCM modules to deliver business value.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage with key stakeholders across supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and procurement to identify process requirements and system objectives.
  2. Lead discovery workshops to capture business needs for inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and manufacturing.
  3. Elicit pain points, current-state process gaps, future-state goals, and key business rules, ensuring all areas of Oracle SCM Cloud are represented.
  4. Document requirements and business processes, maintaining traceability and clarity for subsequent solution design.

  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
