Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the import, export, and logistics processes for sensitive semiconductor equipment, ODC cargo, utilities, gas, chemicals, and finished goods products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulations concerning import and export, as well as storage and distribution of gases and chemicals.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish supply chain processes for inbound and outbound semiconductor equipment's, utilities, gas, chemicals, and finished goods products transportation from global and domestic locations suppliers and customers.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities, managing transportation and logistics across multiple 3PL sites (Internal and External warehouses), ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as transportation delays, supply disruptions, or natural disasters.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field with experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Minimum 12-14 years of proven experience in import/export operations, preferably within manufacturing sectors.
  • Regulatory knowledge: extensive understanding of ODC cargo, gas, and chemical logistics, including import and export regulations.
