Our organization is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the monthly S&OP cycle, aligning demand and supply, and delivering strategic insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across demand forecasts, supply planning, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with supply and inventory plans.
- Perform data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales, inventory, and supply performance.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets and generate business insights.
- Advanced Excel & Power BI skills; knowledge of ERP systems (NAV or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
- Exposure to inventory management, supply planning, distribution, forecast accuracy, e-commerce.
