We are seeking a Supply Head to architect and scale our supply chain. This is a leadership role at the heart of our journey — enabling speed, reliability, and creativity across sourcing, production, and logistics.
You will own the end-to-end supply ecosystem: from fabric sourcing and vendor partnerships to demand planning, inventory, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Supply Chain Strategy: Build a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone for growth.
- Vendor & Production Leadership: Develop a strong ecosystem of processors, and manufacturers.
- Demand & Inventory Planning: Partner with design and merchandising to forecast, align supply with launches, and optimize working capital.
- Operational Excellence: Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with a focus on speed and cost efficiency.
- Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Supply team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, merchandising, retail, and finance to ensure seamless collection rollouts.
