Job Title: Export Compliance Manager

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement export control processes to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize business operations.
  • Collaborate with authorities and internal teams to obtain export licenses and clarify legal issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of export activities and ensure corrective actions are taken following audits and reviews.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote adherence to export control regulations.
  • Configure and manage export control-related IT systems, ensuring settings and access rights are properly aligned.
  • Release system blocks related to order bookings and review customer, vendor, order, material, and employee information through system tools.
  • Prepare and submit export license applications, ensuring fulfillment of license conditions.
  • Support business operations by resolving export control-related queries, such as DAMEX, EXCOM, and IT questions.
  • Serve as data privacy officer for ECC functions and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as RIC (Risk & Internal Control) nominated officer from the ECC Team.
  • Function as CHA Billing Coordinator and liaison with GBS / Hub Accounting / Business Line and other functions.
  • Oversee vendor management, including due diligence for new vendors, and coordinate with SCM, Compliance & Business Strategy & Development team.
  • Coordinate FEMA topics and liaise with GBS, Brokers, BU, and TRE functions.
  • Manage MIS coordination for ECC functions.
  • IT coordinator for new email boxes, GAMA, and other distribution lists.
