Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the role of International Trade Compliance Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a strong background in export compliance, international trade, or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our export activities comply with all applicable international trade regulations and sanctions.

  • • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive export compliance programs, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks associated with global trade.
  • • Monitor, interpret, and provide guidance on export controls and sanctions regulations from various jurisdictions.
  • • Conduct and/or support regular risk assessments of export activities to identify potential compliance issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on export control regulations, sanctions compliance, and internal policies.
  • • Ensure that all export-related documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, international trade, business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in export compliance, international trade, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing export compliance programs.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
