Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka for the role of Growth Manager. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-potential exporters onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate 30+ qualified leads per month through market visits, referrals, trade events, and local partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, CHA agents, and industry associations in your city or region.
  • Understand exporter pain points from payment delays to currency loss and recommend solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Guide exporters through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive activation, adoption, and long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or onboarding, preferably within export-related domains.
  • Prior work experience with exporters, CHA firms, freight forwarders, or EXIM consultants.
  • A deep understanding of local markets and the ability to quickly build rapport with business owners.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and comfort with frequent field travel.
  • A strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
