Empowering Exporters as a Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Growth Manager to join our team in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
This high-impact field role will involve identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-potential exporters onto the Karbon platform.
You will be responsible for understanding local market dynamics, building strong relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, CHA agents, and industry associations in your city or region.
Key responsibilities include generating 30+ qualified leads per month through market visits, referrals, trade events, and local partnerships.
You will work closely with our internal teams to drive activation, adoption, and long-term satisfaction.
Requirements- 3-6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or onboarding, ideally within export-related domains.
- Prior work experience with exporters, CHA firms, freight forwarders, or EXIM consultants.
- A deep understanding of local markets and the ability to quickly build rapport with business owners.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and comfort with frequent field travel.
- A strong ownership mindset - you take initiative, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
