
Export Expansion Specialist

We're looking for a seasoned Growth Executive to lead our expansion in key markets.
In this impactful role, you'll drive the identification, engagement, and onboarding of high-potential exporters onto our platform.
You'll be the local expert, understanding market dynamics and helping exporters unlock better financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate 30+ qualified leads per month through market visits, referrals, trade events, and partnerships.
- Build trusted relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, CHA agents, and industry associations in your city or region.
- Understand exporter pain points from payment delays to currency loss and recommend suitable solutions.
- Guide exporters through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive activation, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or onboarding, ideally within export-related domains.
- Prior work experience with exporters, CHA firms, freight forwarders, or EXIM consultants.
- Deep understanding of local markets and ability to quickly build rapport with business owners.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and comfort with frequent field travel.
- Strong ownership mindset - takes initiative, solves problems independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
