What You'll Do

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Exports located in Bengaluru. The person will be responsible for the following:

  • Drive our global exports strategy across the oral/dental care segments
  • Build strong distributor & partner networks in key markets
  • Ensure revenue growth while navigating regulatory requirements
  • Build, Lead and mentor a high-performing exports team
  • Lead market research, identify growth opportunities, and support product registrations worldwide
  • Manage export operations, logistics, and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
  • Represent Group Pharma at global conferences, exhibitions, and industry events


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related field
  • 12+ years in Exports/International Business (Pharma / Healthcare)
  • Proven success in growing markets in Asia, Middle East, Africa, and/or Europe
  • Strong regulatory know-how & negotiation skills
  • A growth-driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset
