Job Opportunity:

The position of Credit and Collections Lead involves transitioning credit and collection processes, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the collection of customer accounts to ensure prompt payments and assign cases to outside collection agencies when necessary.
  • Regularly access company bank accounts to review payments and follow up on collection activity.
  • Evaluate customer accounts, establish payment plans, maintain proper follow-up, and monitor credit limits as needed.
  • Prepare various daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual collections reports and analytics.
  • Conduct credit inquiries in the extension of credit to new customers.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing financial data required for closing books and preparing cash-related journal entries.
  • Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations for auditors.
