Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled operational leader to manage daily e-commerce activities, drive growth, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central to ensure accurate content and platform compliance.
  • Manage FBA and FBM workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
  • Monitor and improve account health metrics – Buy Box share, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
  • Protect brand presence: handle hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers, and compliance escalations.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards on sales, category trends, stock movement, and operational issues.
E-Commerce Operations:
  • Set up and maintain SKUs, pricing, and images across platforms.
  • Ensure stock accuracy, fill rates, and low OOS through close coordination with supply chain.
  • Execute promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives to drive sales.
  • Track platform analytics: velocity, campaign ROI, search visibility, and share reports with leadership.
Cross-Functional & Data Management:
  • Partner with supply chain for demand planning and inventory allocation across channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing for launches, promos, and brand campaigns.
  • Work with finance to reconcile settlements, commissions, and claims.
  • Maintain clean, updated SKU data (barcodes, MRPs, product details) across systems.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Must have worked with D2C brands (not agencies/resellers).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog, inventory, fulfillment, and platform compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to generate insights from data.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
