Job Title: Intellectual Property Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Specialist to join our team. As an expert in intellectual property law, you will be responsible for reviewing and developing strategies to protect our company's innovative products.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement IP protection strategies across various business domains.
  • Conduct patent and competitor portfolio analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective IP clearance processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in IP law.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Law or related field.
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in IP law, preferably in a leading automotive technology company.
  • Demonstrated expertise in patent analysis, search, and clearance processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
