Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and protecting our clients' intellectual property.

Responsibilities include managing brand protection and e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media. You will be responsible for client onboarding and planning, setting clear expectations, and establishing brand protection strategies.

You will work closely with our CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively. This includes operational execution, strategic growth and innovation, and business development.

Key qualities required for this role include being a hub of the team, smooth communication between clients, teams, and stakeholders. You should have in-depth experience with online brand protection, including takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media.

Additionally, you should have an understanding of how AI tools and platforms can enhance brand protection. A startup-proof and adaptable mindset is essential for thriving in a fast-growing, less-structured environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in online brand protection and is proficient in managing complex projects and building strong client relationships.
