Job Title: Delivery Executive

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Executive to oversee the management of projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in project implementation, team collaboration, and client communication.

  • Project Management: Define project plans, execute tasks, complete deliverables, coordinate staffing, and monitor and report results.
  • Client Relationships: Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the delivery team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Project Status Updates: Present project statuses to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify, classify, prioritize, mitigate, and develop contingency plans for risks appropriately.
  • Issue and Scope Management: Manage issues and changes to the project scope.
  • Team Leadership: Work as a team player and leader to effectively coordinate across functional teams.
  • Development Support: Ensure high throughput of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and working on preventing or eliminating them.
  • Clients Deliverables: Support the creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive-level updates, meeting facilitation decks, project status reports, vendor reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, final recommendations, and contract redlines.
  • Autonomy and Integrity: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Industry Expertise: Exercise sound judgement and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with industry standards and policies in all activities and communications.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience as a dedicated, full-time Project Manager of teams 10+.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Drug Development: Knowledge of drug development is essential.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, a polished executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Strong proficiency in Excel a plus.
  • Clients Experience: Working experience with European/USA clients.
  • Salesforce/Hubspot: Advanced level of skills in Salesforce / Hubspot.
