  • Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who can own complex technology initiatives that power our global products and client solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • · Lead multiple concurrent projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed squads.
  • · Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid releases.
  • · Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear plans and delivery schedules.
  • · Track project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines.
  • · Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.
  • · Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by communicating progress and strategic choices.
  • · Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.
  • · Manage client-facing relationships to ensure thorough alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • • 5–10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
  • • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
  • • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and experience leading distributed teams.
  • • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and manage stakeholder priorities.
  • • Excellent communication skills engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
