Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. Work with senior leadership to forecast talent needs and develop plans to address gaps.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Oversee leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles and design a training roadmap.

Succession Planning:

Develop and manage succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity. Identify key positions and create development plans for potential successors.

Driving Assessment Centre:

Initiate the assessment centre by developing the assessment tools and processes, which may include development of the required materials, training programs, IDPs, and follow-up mechanisms to effectively manage high potentials.

Competency Metrics and Analytics:

Develop and track key competency metrics to build a talent pool for succession planning and measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA (HR) / MHRM from a good B-school

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management, identifying high potentials, competency-based assessment centre, and leadership training

Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills to train across the leadership
  • Content development for developmental programs
  • Analytical skills to analyze complex data
  • Computer skills like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, AI tools, Canva, etc.
