Job Title: SAP PM Expert

The ArcelorMittal organization is seeking a skilled SAP PM Expert to join its team. This role will be responsible for managing the implementation of the Asset Reliability Management Program (ARMP) solution in the Long Segment using a Project Management approach along with a technical approach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP customizing, particularly in the PM module, and experience with ABAP skills is an added advantage. They should also possess deep knowledge of business processes related to Plant Maintenance activity, including corrective, preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance.

Additional responsibilities include managing maintenance plans, unplanned maintenance, and having good communication skills at various levels. The ability to train others, work autonomously, and lead small teams in project mode are essential qualities for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience/knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage
  • SAP customizing in SAP PM module
  • ABAP skills are a plus (Debugging)
  • Deep Business processes knowledge of the Plant Maintenance activity
