Domestic Business Development Manager
At SynapseIndia, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our presence in the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our presence in the domestic market.
- Utilize market knowledge to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
- Create and deliver compelling business proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business avenues and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development within the domestic market for Digital marketing, web & mobile application development.
- Strong proposal-making experience, demonstrating the ability to create persuasive and detailed proposals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
