Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Business Developer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing revenue through cross-selling products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and increase gold loan business
- Generate revenue through cross-selling products and services
- Appraise gold loans and maintain accurate records
- Maintain good relationships with clients to maximize business value
- Follow up with customers and maintain important registers and daily reports
- Manage cash and perform accounting tasks
- Market cross-selling products at branch locations
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in gold loans or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of vernacular language of the respective region
