Interior Design Project Manager

As a seasoned Interior Site Engineer, you will oversee and execute interior works for our high-end construction projects. Your key responsibility will be to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor and guarantee the high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within set constraints.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site proactively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).
  • [2–5] years of relevant experience in interior execution, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
