Job Title: Site Operations Lead

The Site Operations Lead is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills to drive business growth.

This individual will work closely with the site leadership team to set objectives, priorities, and lead change management processes for the department. The role involves coordinating all departments to work together in process improvement, leading and supporting departments in implementing best practices, and coaching managers to develop teams at all levels to achieve performance results.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong managerial leadership skills to develop a team against role capabilities. They should also be able to ensure effective implementation of training & development programmes by aligning site/line management.

This position requires expertise in cost reduction, waste elimination, and process optimization to improve operational efficiency.

Additional responsibilities include engaging with daily operational review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities, practicing maturity assessments, and developing & implementing a practice maturity improvement strategy for the site and conducting regular assessments.

The Site Operations Lead will play a key role in implementing weekly/monthly/quarterly communications to drive engagement and momentum of the business improvement journey and support task forces and shift-based teams in their deployment of best practices.
