Site Reliability Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. This role requires 12+ years of experience in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of complex systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SRE principles, with a focus on automating processes, reducing toil, and promoting an error-free culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing SRE strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement monitoring capabilities, capacity planning, and reliability improvements.
  • Leading architectural reviews to ensure the reliability of critical services and driving continuous improvement from incidents.
  • Collaborating with the Test and Deployment teams to ensure that software delivery processes are reliable and automated.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an SRE practitioner.
  • Practical experience defining and implementing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and operating within error budgets.
  • Experience with modern observability tooling, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of all critical Production Support processes.
  • 2+ years of experience with public/private cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
