Job Title: Enterprise IT Service Delivery LeadAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT service delivery professional to lead and mentor a team in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high service availability and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms, cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards, with experience in overseeing IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

  • Ensured system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity, maintaining a robust IT ecosystem that supports business objectives.
